Profiling various contexts

In order to support into employment and work contexts, Do-IT Profiler is able to:

  • understand each individual's strengths and challenges
  • map out potential barriers to employment including home, transport, and concerns
  • capture motivations, hobbies and interests
  • measure literacy and numeracy levels
  • consider the skills and abilities to match the individual to the most appropriate jobs
  • know the level of job readiness e.g. CV writing, interview skills confidence
  • provide tailored guidance and support
  • track progress and distance travelled and measure outcomes
  • understand what reasonable adjustments may be required
  • measure protected characteristics
  • monitor progress by the advisor/employer and the apprentice

Do-IT Profiler assesses, collates and analyses complex information on an individual's journey in employment and business contexts at any stage. It can flag potential barriers, whether physical (such as transport issues) or requiring understanding and assistance (such as lacking confidence in communication skills). It provides tailored guidance, reasonable adjustments and an action plan (where customised).

Do-IT Profiler contains a suite of tools and can assist in measuring Social Return On Investment (SROI). It has been designed and used by a range of individuals and also those with disabilities and intellectual impairments and is accessible, translatable and scalable.
